Dr.M.Thamilselvi M.D., D.G.O., DNB(OG) is the Treasurer from MHMC from its inception. She has been a brilliant student and Gold Medalist in her degree and Post graduate degree from Madras University. She served as Asst.Professor for six years in the K.A.P.V Govt. Medical college Trichy and is now the consultant in the Arul Hospital Trichy. She has been the Secretary of the Trichy Obstetric and Gynaecological Society 2006 & 2007.
She is a highly committed and respected Gynaecologist of the Trichy and is leading the team of MHMC for creating awareness among students of Colleges and high schools and among doctors both in rural and urban areas . Her presentations are extremely lucid and full of technical information needed for the students, lay public as well as professionals.

Dr.Sujatha, Chennai Social Worker
Mrs.R.Revathy, Vice President of MHMC is the Director of the Village Extension wing of Gandhigram trust,Gandhigram. A post graduate in Sociology and Women Studies with PG diploma in health promotion and education and SHG federation and micro enterprise management, she has very rich field experience for the past 25 years. Her experience as the district coordinator, TSC of Dindigul district has helped her to understand fully the challenges of promoting MHM practices and take the MHM movement in an integrated manner.
She is a recognized state level trainer for UNICEF and has prepared manuals for Mahalir Thittam, Namadhu Gramam, EKTA and Gandhigram Institute of family welfare and Trust. She has also documented the Women empowerment activities of the Gandhigram Trust and the same was published by the Pavai Publications as Valuppettru varum Valaikarangal.

Professor and Head of the department of Women's Studies Bharathidasan University, has been working on the issues of Women's Health and Hygiene for the past six years and engaged in creating awareness among the adolescent girls and also offering training to SHG women and other micro entrepreneurs in producing low cost sanitary napkin. Networking with Education, Health, and Women Development Corporation, she has succeeded in reaching the grass root and also school girls in promoting MHMC.
To sustain the initiatives and fully involve the civil society in promoting MHMC and also to address the taboos associated with MHM, break the culture of silence, she has taken up research studies among the adolescent girls. In order to create a pool of trainers to take the MHM initiatives forward, nearly 100 trainers all over Tamil nadu have been formed. Established a napkin production unit in the University and organized several workshops in coordination with UNICEF for production of TOT manual on MHMC.
Review Committee Member to DST, Government of India, on the projects on MHMC to Technology for Women scheme. She could incorporate in the national Level FINISH Sanitation promotion project. Consultant for International and National funding agencies and organizations in the field of Gender equality and MHMC. Presented papers in several universities in the Country.

After retirement working for a number of organizations related to wastewater management, Solid waste management, toilets and Menstrual hygiene management.
Currently coordinator of the Tamil Nadu-Karnataka farmers dialogue group promoted by Madras Institute of Developmental Studies,Chennai to create good feeling between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu farmers over Cauvery issue.
